| We approach this service by first providing a symptom survey form for you to fill out. This form addresses each area of your endocrine, cardiovascular, digestive, hepatic, respiratory, skeletal, renal and other physiological systems. After the form is filled out we input it into our computer system and it will calculate the areas you need strengthened and what your individual needs are.
